Job description

As a customer enablement specialist, you will be the face of OurMind at hospitals, clinics, and general practices. You will adapt OurMind to the working methods of each healthcare provider, assist them during the initial weeks, and be the first point of contact for any issues. This entry-level position allows you to engage with real customers from day one, learning about the product and the healthcare sector while making a tangible difference in the lives of healthcare professionals.

• You familiarize every healthcare provider with OurMind: technically (how the AI writes and structures) and consultatively (translating a doctor's workflow into templates)
• You guide implementations on-site at hospitals, clinics, and general practitioners' practices, and stand alongside clinicians as they first use OurMind
• You help our clients with their questions and technical problems. This way, you get to know our products thoroughly and can contribute to process and product optimization.
• You become the trusted advisor who helps specialists understand how AI can improve their daily work
• You give demos to general practitioners and help pilots grow into regular clients
• You bring back what you see on the shop floor to the team and to the product, so that OurMind continuously better aligns with practice

Relevant work experience

• 0 to 2 years of work experience
• Experience with customer contact, support or implementation (an internship or part-time job also counts)
