Job description

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various HR functions, including engagement, operations, and recruitment. Your responsibilities will include drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation. You will also facilitate a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and handle performance management cases, making this role pivotal for the success of our HR team.

• Draft job descriptions, source and build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, manage offer negotiations, and pre- and post-onboarding activities
• Create employer brand content and social media campaigns, and partner strategically with hiring managers to meet talent needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Advise on all employee relations, including labor legislation-related matters from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and advising managers on employment matters
• Lead end-to-end core HRMS system management and seamlessly manage all HR tasks efficiently
• Support business functions by enhancing employee value proposition and delivering positive people experience through various employee engagement initiatives
• Facilitate a good work culture, drive employee engagement and welfare, and handle performance management cases and staff grievances
• Plan and design strategies for internal engagement and retention

Relevant work experience

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in HR, with a strong focus on hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex HR issues, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies
